How to Add Multiple Clients in the Parent Portal on ABA Engine

This video tutorial walks you through the steps to add more than one client to your ABA Engine Parent Portal account. Perfect for families with more than one child receiving services.

Step 1: Navigate to Users from the Pancake stack

Step 2: Click
Step 2: Click "+ Add User" 
Step 3: Insert parent name, parent email associated on the client card, select the role of parent, add phone number, add business unit (if needed), and select the client(s) from a dropdown menu. Click Submit 
Step 3: Insert parent name, parent email associated on the client card, select the role of parent, add phone number, add business unit (if needed), and select the client(s) from a dropdown menu. Click Submit 

Important Notes:

  1. You will keep the phone consent as declined until the phone consent form is completed.
  2. You only will need to add a business unit if you have more than one business unit for different practice locations.
