How to Use the In Mail System in the Employee Portal

Step 1: Log into the Employee Portal

Step 2: Navigate to the chat bubble

Step 3: Filter through your Clients, Employee, and Admin messages 

Important Note:  These are messages between your entire care team, including the client's parents/legal guardians and your supervisors. 

Step 4: To send a message navigate to the individual/team you would like to message and click compose 

Step 5: Click Send Now 

Important Notes: You can include attachments in your In Mail messages
