How to Add Employee Portal Access

Step 1: Decide if you want to update your employee's email to a business domain email or use their personal email

Step 2: Gather the employee's full name, phone number, and email. 

Step 3: Go to users and add in the gathered employee information. Select business unit(s) if necessary

Important notes:

  1. If you decide to change the employee's email to a business domain email we recommend saving the employee's personal email in the "news" section on their profile
  2. OPTIONAL: It is optional to add an employee's phone number when creating their employee protal access.
  3. Remember the email on the employee card and what you add as a user must match.
