Step 1:
Ensure you have your desired actions created before creating the automations. For example have your email tempates created, tasks created in Task Library, and/or forms created to send to your employees as needed.
Step 2:
Go to "Board" and scroll down to automations.
Step 3:
Go to the client Board that you would like to trigger the forwarded automation from.
Step 4:
Select Expiration Alert as your trigger type.
Step 5:
Select how often or how soon you would like the automation to be triggered
Step 6:
Add any actions you would like to be triggered, such as messages, forms, and/or tasks.
Step 7:
Select "Forward to" and select who you would like the task, message, or form to be sent to.
Step 8:
Click On and Save
⚠️Important Notes:
- Make sure each client is assigned to their correct supervisor in the system. This ensures that the automation is sent to the appropriate individual.
- The forwarding types shown in the dropdown menu are based on the user roles defined in your catalog (e.g., BCBA, LBA). Be sure your catalog is set up with the correct user types to access all relevant options.
