How to Complete Forms in the Employee Portal

Step 1: Log into the Employee Portal

Step 2: Scroll down to find "Action Needed: Please complete these Forms"

Step 3: Click "Fill Form"

Step 4: Complete the form 

Important Note: Ensure you complete all asterisk sections in order to submit the form. 

Step 5: View completed forms under "Documents" 

Important Note: You can save a draft of the form by clicking "Save Form" in the top right corner of your screen. 

Once you are ready to complete your form click "Need to Complete" to complete the saved draft of the form.
