Set up automated welcome emails and SMS notifications for event.
1. Navigate to https://schedule.abaengine.com/map
2. Click "Board"

3. Click "Automation"

4. Click on "Intake Board" to view saved automations.

5. Click "+" to add a new automation

6. For this example we will set up a simple action of sending an automated message upon receiving a form.
Select the dropdown to choose the action that will trigger the automation.

7. For this example we will select "Entering Into Stage"

8. Select the drop down to select the stage that will trigger the automation.

9. For this example we will select the stage "New"

10. Click "ADD ACTION: SEND MESSAGE"

11. Once you select "Add action: Send Message," 3 options will populate allowing you to choose which type of message you want to send. In-mail is a message through the parent portal, Email is a message going to the client email on file, SMS is a text message going to the mobile number on file.

12. Once you select your type/types of message, the drop down will allow you to select the desired message template.

13. You can select more than one type of message.

14. Select the desired message template.

15. Click "Save Rules"

16. Click "Yes"
