When looking at the map or when scheduling, you can filter by business units. It's a way to filter down to a more managable set of data. It's important you have at least 1 set up and that all your employees and clients are tied to at least 1. It will control the timezone for scheduling.
Step 3: Scroll down to "Business Units" and click "Add Business Unit". You need a name, city, state, zip, and timezone. The address line can be blank
If you have only one location regardless of where the service is provided (i.e. in home, in clinic, in school, etc..) you will put in your main location. If you do not have an actual office you can use just the general city and state of where you are located. In addition to setting your location you will need to assign a timezone to your BU. The timezone that is assigned to your BU is the time that will be used throughout the platform including your scheduling. You will need to assign a timezone and City/State for each BU you add.
