Adding Your Company’s Support Email for “reply to” messages.

Short Video Walk-Through:

Step 1: Settings (top left; 3 parallel horizontal lines)

To update your company's support email you will navigate to the three lines or
To update your company's support email you will navigate to the three lines or "'pancake stack" in the top left corner. 

Step 2: Choose “Company”

Step 3: Insert the email you want responses to come to in “Support Email”

Click the pencil in the top right corner of the blue box. Input your company's email and click save.
